I´ve been using this module for some time now, in its 5.x version. It´s just amazing.
Now I´m with a 6.x site that uses OG, and even when I´m aware of this OG search module, I would like to know if there´s a chance that this module could work with OG, I mean show results only when they match the current user´s group...

I am not sure this is a feature that this module should offer. You can achieve this by using hook_db_rewrite_sql. Please see http://www.lullabot.com/articles/hiding-content-drupals-search-system
