I found instead another issue. When I set up to fill field automatically with international preamble (+39), if I re-submit the same node (with a phone cck field as, i.e., "+39 02/123456), an error arises that tell that the number is "wrong". If I remove "+39", the node can be properly submitted.
Maybe it's another type of regex rule that should be corrected.
