I am running d 6.10, and after I created my new webform, I can't add it to the Primary Navigation. I have tried through the form edit page, and also from the menu admin page. On the menu admin page, I am told the item has been created, but it doesn't show up.

My bet is you haven't published your webform. They are 'not published' by default. Menu itmes for unpublished items do not appear until the item is published.

This is exactly what was happening to me and it was driving me crazy! Lipcpro on #drupal-support told me to check the issue queue, I searched for "menu" and here is my answer!

The solution is #1!!!
