Has anyone else found this behaviour (Apparently only on Safari Browser)?
1. On the node edit page, record an audio file and send to the server
2. After it has been uploaded successfully, open another page on the site in another tab/window WITHOUT navigating away from the node edit page.
3. View the newly created tab
4. Select the original tab/window with the node edit-Audio Recording field

The audio is gone!

Thanks for reporting this. I see that it happens with ListenUp even on non-Drupal sites. Since it is a ListenUp issue and not a Drupal module issue I am moving the discussion to the ListenUp forum here:

If this isn't a Drupal issue, shouldn't this be closed. I'm just sayin'. :)
