Issue Summary
This screenshot by deekayen shows a missing border on vertical tabs that breaks the visual coherence of the UI. This appears to be a linux-based browser, judging by the form widgets.

It is Xubuntu 9.04 and Firefox 3.0.10. Just in case I decide later to delete that screenshot, here's an attachment. FWIW, I like it without the vertical line.

actually, afaik there is no border missing, it's a visual cue to indicate that this tab belongs to the active area. (if you mean the border at the right side of revision information)

I was not clear about which border is missing. I am referring to the border on the top right and bottom sides of the outside of the right/main part of the UI – not the bit on the left between the active drawer and the content pane.
Deekayen's screenshot in #2 does not show the bug very clearly. I've annotated the original screenshot that shows it with fluro green lines that show where the missing border should be.

File uploads with spaces don't get parsed into links in issue emails:

I misunderstood, too. Again, I like that area without borders as well. Attaching original without green line highlight for comparison.

I am getting that border you have marked in green.
Firefox 3.0.5, Debian Lenny

actually, the border is there, only, due to it's color, it can fade away, together with the backrround.
try tilting your screen ;)

I can confirm this. The border is there, but hardly visible. Try it on another screen and you will see it.

It's now broken on Firefox on Mac too, though in a different way. The input formats section is similarly broken; http://www.flickr.com/photos/bevanr/3919754575/
