I am from South Bank University in the United Kingdom doing a research on DRUPAL.
The aim of my Project is to assess ways in which DRUPAL can be used to provide various kinds of social networking functions (e.g. Wikis, Chat Rooms, Social Bookmarking).

I found that Drupal does have a lot of social networking capabilities out of the box. However, it can be a long way to putting it all together.

I've comprised a step by step ebook that is supposed to guide the (newby to advanced) user through the entire process.

When I finished setting up rawvegandating. I had spent sooo much time looking for information on forums and putting stuff together, I decided people could benefit from an "all inclusive" tutorial. So I started on Drupalfun.com and wrote down every single step of the process. You can find the result at book.drupalfun.com
