Max_Headroom commentedIt sounds like that the information send to Setcom has an error in it.
Please check if your name, address or product details on checkout contain characters like a comma, etc.
You can send me those details (private) if you want me to have a look at it.
Let me know if you found something like that and in which field.

jlab commentedGetting the same error over here.
No weird characters is visible in any of our fields.

Max_Headroom commentedI have made some changes. It all works on my test server. But it was difficult to reproduce before.
Please test the updated Dev version.

B4n7o commentedhi, im getting the same error, i though it might be the currency codes, as in setcom's documentation south africa is ZA, not ZAR, so i though that might fix it, but it clearly wasn't because i still get the same error, am i doing something wrong, or is there a an issue bigger than me?
How did others resolve the issue?

Max_Headroom commentedHi
The screenshot shows a different error. And it looks like it could be your settings.
Are you using the test account?
Please send me a personal message where I can help you with the setup.
