Issue Summary
It would be great if you could limit the amount of each product that can be added in the cart block to whatever the current stock level is. uc_multi_stock (http://drupal.org/project/uc_multi_stock) handles all aspects of this in ubercart, but doesn't seem to be implemented in your module. Right now if I only have 5 of an item, the customer can keep clicking the "+" button in the block and add more than 5.

Yes, uc_multi_stock doesn't use in my module. OK, I'll try to do it.
