OpenID cancel link displayed incorrectly

Issue Summary

I think this is a UserLoginBar problem but feel free to correct me if it isn't. I have enabled OpenID for the site I am building and am having a minor problem with the Login Bar showing the options to "Login using OpenID" and "Cancel OpenID login" when it is first displayed. The standard login block only displays the "Cancel" link if the OpenID login has been selected. If, on the initial display, I select "Login using OpenID" the OpenID login is displayed, as it should be. If the "Cancel OpenID login" is selected then the LoginBar is refreshed this time showing the standard login boxes and only the "Login using OpenID" link. I can switch between standard and OpenID after that and the display is as expected.

Aside from this minor problem I really like the look of the module it presents a far better looking, more modern login display.
