Description
It would be nice to be able to add voting to comments for only those nodes which have voting enabled.
I have a site with many types of content, but I want to enable voting only on Questions and their comments. Now when I enable voting on comments, then all comments can be voted on.

I vote for this as well. This is the only thing keeping me from using this module at the moment.

This require a bit of work, however it seems more a bug fixes than a feature request. Conceptually what you require is absolutely correct and should imho has to be done.
I'll provide a patch asap for 1.x branch.
