Adding "Workflow" tokens such as %path and %status to token_node.inc

I have uninstalled the workflow_ng module (as it was no longer needed) but still had a need in some of my actions for tokens such as %status, %path, and %promote so a notification e-mail tells me or my editor if an article is published, unpublished, etc. So, I copied over the relevant portions of the token include for that module to token_node.inc. I have attached a patch which shows the changes I made for the use of others who may have the same need.
