Is it possible to import images from a directory into a gallery?

Also, Is there a way to move an image to another gallery?

Unfortuantely as of right now, you cannot perform neither of those tasks. Although they would be nice features, I would expect to see them in a release anytime soon.

It isn't available. There is already a feature request for this.
