Add locking option: prevent others to choose the same answer as yours

It would be great if you could have the possibility to only allow one person to make a selection in a scheduled event. For example, if I select a 10am slot, no one else can then select that slot.

I guess it is something about locking fields that have been ticked.

Anyhow, thanks for a great module, hope to see it keep growing.
