The link on the settings page to setup the current site for RPX seems to work by returning an API Key and Realm, but it doesn't actually setup the site on RPXNow.com. The RPX Sign-in process returns an error until the site is manually setup on https://rpxnow.com/account.

JanRain made some changes on the server side that seemed to fix this problem.
