Followed all the directions in UPGRADE.txt for 6.11, but my status in admin still insists I need to update to 6.11. I've eyeballed all the files and they seem to have updated (new dates on the files, etc). Scanned thru this forum, but didn't see anything obvious about an update that doesn't seem to "take". Any ideas or suggestions as to which files to look at? I'm relatively new to drupal, but very familiar with unix and programming/websites/scripting in general.

Thanks!

Did you run update.php?

Yes I did, multiple times. I figured it out, though...some of the core module files didn't update and were showing up as 6.10, so I copied the modules dir over again, which seemed to do the trick.

Upgraded all modules, the only warning says that I'm in the 6.1 version and there's updates of drupal core aviable

Downloadaded the version 6.11 and copied to the right place the site works. When I go to /update.php drupal says that there's no pending updates to the database. And when I go back to the reports I'm still getting the drupal 6.11 notice.
