Recoverable Fatal Error

I am getting the following messege on my module forum page: recoverable fatal error: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string in /home/nccrmag/public_html/includes/theme.inc on line 1699. What is this and is there a fix for it?

I went from the the light jazz theme to the goofy theme and then noticed this error comes on the top of the forum page. So when I click the link for forum this error messege appears. I did enable the poorman's cron and the blog api recently
