How can I remove the colored border of a block?

I try to put an Asense big rectangle on a right side block but I have a predefined colored border for that block that is smaller than the ad so it loolks kind of stupid. So I have 2 choices: remove the border completely or resize it. I use a Celju theme. But I don't know anything about CSS so please help!
