I never got help with embedding video. Is it really so hard .. and now the forum topic has been moved. What's up ? Where did it go ? I clicked on the link but it doesn't take me to anywhere helpful. This is a little frustrating.

You got some feedback there. Why not go follow that up?
Video conversion depends a LOT on your server. You provided no background to that issue, so the simplest suggestion is to use an alternative supported provider.

Your attitude is a little frustrating, so help may not be as readily available as it would be to more constructive inquiries.

Sorry for posting a question for help under hosting support, but I was drawn in by the word "support" and so it seemed like the obvious place to me. How about mentioning somewhere on that page that answers may be found at My accounts/ track. I am sorry for being a novice and not finding this link.
