is this module still in development?

I have a small nonprofit site to build, but this module hasn't been updated in almost a year, and is still a DEV module... if this is actually no longer in development, is there a chance I might be able to find out what issues are active, etc., so that we can get this rolling again? I think the idea is awesome, but I'd like to build on it even more!

Thank you guys, and sorry for no response for so long - I was unaware people had found and were interested in this project. I'm now pack on board, and working to improve this module, and create a release.

Please bear with me - I've never done anything like this before, and am not really a programmer, so I'll see how I go! Tips and help is appreciated!
