Description
[bookpathalias] is useful because it allows users to put inline links to other skeleton pages in the body field. However, it's only available once the node is saved, otherwise it's replaced with ''. This patch provides specific support for the token if pathauto is installed.

This is an updated patch which properly replaces the token within subpages.
