Hi, we hit a wall when shifting hosts - our install of CiviCRM got hung up like this:
I did all according to the migration documentation except the part of
>> adding the cron job .Had to adjust some absolute paths given in
>> sites/default/civicrm.settings.php to match the new paths
>>
>> But i reached a screen which told me to NULL-ify the config_backend
>> column in civicrm_domain table on the database nhprs09_civicrm( the
>> particular column contained absolute path names corresponding to the
>> old setup)
I'm the content person facilitating launch of the new platform, and am not getting much help from my developer - they've never installed this module before, and that must be part of the problem here. It may be it was never correctly installed on the initial server in the first place.
Any ideas, folks? We're a tiny non-profit, and we desperately need this launch to connect with our members and do some fundraising.
