I would expect in most situations, you would want an error, or to overwrite / have the option to over write the pre-exsisting file.

Attached is a tiny patch to have it overwrite, replacing the exsisting cck file by default.

If there is a limited number of multiple files, you might want to have additional options of which to overwrite first e.g. FIFO or LIFO
