When I'm creating a node with an action / trigger redirect to an url my CCK data of that node is'nt submitted, only the title is submitted.
When I'm deleting the action and trigger redirect all the data (including CCK fields) is saved to the node.

That's a known bug in core's trigger.module. Look in the drupal core issue queue for the module.
