Rather than having operations that differs for a particular, it would be better to implement a settings page for the tools. In this way, the Submit to xyz operations would be reduced to a single operation.

The attached patch includes also other changes in the code.
The sitemap operations show now a message with the result of the operation; the code has been slightly optimized.
