Add rel=nofollow to all visible links

For "PR sculpting" reasons I need a module that adds "rel= nofollow" to all links in my whole website, except the ones I add to a list.

There is a module that can do this, Nofollow List, but is not working properly.

How could I tell Drupal to add rel=nofollow if it finds a site like xyz.com for example? There is something to add in the template engine? (Drupal 5, using Phptemplate)
