Dropdown should not hide in main screen when popup is opened

hi all....
In one of my page there are Dropdown's and in the same page there are popups too, so when i open the popup the dropdowns in the main screen are hided, but i need them to be displayed even when popup ia opened... can any one sent me what to be done....thanking u. "Urgent"
