I have a youtube Video in an embedded media field that plays in a lightbox (lightbox 2 module) that wont play when opened with internet explorer. Strangely it loads the player fine but not the video, all I get is the player with a black background. Also I have applied a patch (http://drupal.org/node/458966) for lightbox that works in other browsers but not IE.

Other than embedded media there are no other flash related modules running.
