Breadcrumbs

How do I get breadcrumbs to properly display? I have setup a relativly simple taxonomy, and the auto URL aliasing automatically creates a page that has the proper breadcrumbs. But that page does not suit my needs. I created a View (which reads from taxonomy), but the breadcrumbs dont seem to work there, all I see is the "Home" link.

Is there a proper way to do this?
