Thanks for reponse. Did research on collapsiblock. Its an interesting module.
But my requirement is to show the block while 'mouseover' on another block[which contains an image].
To explain in detail, I have an image in a block and if I mouseover on this image, a menu should flyout [this menu is on another block]
I can give you more details if required.
