Looking at site www.forniture-alberghiere.net we can easily see that for example on category CUCINE ( http://www.forniture-alberghiere.net/horeca/cucine ) there is only one node-company instead in real are more of 30, and this type of count can easily make peopl in error and make them to not click on the main category, thinking that there is only one company and better to not click on it.
How I can adjust this count?

Hm, wel since that count is not something provided by Nice menus, there isn't a lot we can do to help. You should probably ask in the forums if it is custom code, or in the correct issue queue if it is a module.

ops no the category module is too hard to be used, the real simple and quick solution is just to put the nodes in main and also subcategory! :)
