-wrapper"> appears to CCK "Check Boxes/Radio Buttons" field

This happens when I have a link in the check boxes/radio buttons field. It starts appearing in 5.17 and not in 5.16.

Does anyone have the same problem? I upgraded to 5.18, and it still has the same problem while 5.16 doesn't have it.

This problem is very weird if you have tag in the field. and it appears in both drupal 5 and drupal 6 ever since the drupal 5.17

Does anyone know what caused this?

Considering the lack of activity on this issue and that Drupal v5 is no longer supported by for fixes or patches, I am going to close this ticket.
