Overwrite your old promos module folder with the new 1.3 folder. Clear cache and you're done!

Issue #634400: Module does not support table prefixes Added proper support for table prefixing.

Issue #603434: Cannot create New Promo Fixed a bug where promos would not redirect the next form submit properly after performing certain javascript actions on the page.

Bug fix: Solved an issue where under certain conditions with not yet weighted or global promos, reordering those promos would not initially show the same order displayed normally in the block until those items were reordered and saved.

Bug fix: in promo_get_types() - Update parameters and method of calling "node_get_types" to prevent errors on create page.

Removed "global promo" checkbox from node form unless the promo being created will be immediately assigned to a block (this option is useless otherwise).

Created "Promos Overview" (admin/content/promos) page for all promo administration grouped by block all shown in one place.

Created "Promos Overview by Page" (admin/content/promos/overview_page) page for all promo administration grouped by page all shown in one place.

Created "Promos Overview by Taxonomy" (admin/content/promos/overview_taxonomy) page for all promo administration grouped by navigable taxonomy.
