Issue Summary
The Relevant Content block seems to be caching nodes that I've reclassified under different taxonomy terms.
I've cleared the Drupal caches (admin->performance->clear cache) and have turned off all block and page caching.
RC also doesn't seem to see changes in node taxonomy once it's built it's initial list of related content.
Anyone have any suggestions?

bump!
I'm having the same problem.
I deleted terms from a node, cleared all caches, run cron with page caching off and Relevant Content still shows the related node that has no more terms.
Edit:
I tested the CCK field and the block, same results
I even deleted the block and created a new one from Relevant Content admin, same results

One month passed and I still have the same issue :(

Thats very unusual - you experience this with the block, even with all caching disabled? Can you provide any step-by-step actions to reproduce this?
