ADVICE for "Invalid argument supplied for foreach()"

I tried it BUT NOW it IS NOT functioning. I was searching for solution and I found this, but I was on the way 6.10-6.11-6.12 through one day and now I see that transfer to these directories are NOT mapped through drupal.

If you have an error such Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in XXX.module/theme on line SSS

than transfer your module or theme to sites/all/custom/modules or sites/all/custom/themes

P.S.: Drawback - drupal does not check the status of this themes/modules
