Even when selected in the admin interface, primary links do not display. Tested with Firefox 3.0 and Safari.

Sorry, bit quick off the trigger - I mean at the top, as shown in the example, they can be shown in the footer or to the roght, but there is no header region.

I see now; we just didn't enable the header region so use the menu settings to put them at the top if you want that. Sorry
