Hallo,
My drupal site is up and running but if I go to /admin or any subsession like /admin/config it shows only a very partial list of voices. For examplel in admin/config I see only
- lightbox2
- quicktabs

I can't realy say if the problem has started after upgrading to 6.x version or after some module has been installed/updated because I use administration menu module and it shows all the voices correctly ...

I have also tried to rebuild menu via devel module function with no effects.
Any suggestion?

you probably need to increase the php memory limit, or disable some modules.
If you can't access the modules page, you may disable the module with setting the status column to 0 in the system table..
