Hi

I followed the instructions to install print-6.x-1.7 and TCPDF into the lib folder and while the printer friendly pages work with pdf generation fails. If I attempt to generate a pdf for either a book (e.g. /printpdf/book/export/html/7) or a normal page (e.g. /printpdf/4) the browser waits for 60s before timing out. About 50% of the time windows also reports "Apache HTTP Server stopped working and was closed. A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available."

All the TCPDF examples (e.g. modules/print/lib/tcpdf/examples/example_001.php) work, so I wondered if anyone here can suggest how to investigate/fix this or has anyone had the same problem themselves?

I am using windows visa + xampp/1.7.1 (PHP/5.2.9 Apache/2.2.11) and Drupal 6.12.

You wouldn't by chance have the same problem as reported in #450370: print_pdf cannot find site logo?

I am having the same problem (also using xampp). Did you manage to fix it by any chance?

I'm fairly sure it's a XAMPP configuration problem. I don't use it so I can't help you.
