So I am pretty sure I have everything setup correct but for some reason the facebook page is not formatting right. Here are the pages:

Enable the fb_devel module and look for anything in your drupal logs.
Visit http://apps.facebook.com/spotlight_dance/ and use your browser to view source. As the app developer, facebook will include exactly what your server returns to them in comments at the top of the page.
