Bulk Change User Passwords

Okay, I know this is a strange question but I need a way to change the password of all users with a specific role. Does anyone know a way that I might be able to do this?

So all users with the role "employee" and ideally they would only have that one role associated with them (therefore people with multiple roles would not be changed) would have their password changed to a specific word that I set.

I need this to reset bulk users in my system.
