Remove search terms from title of results page

Here is a really simple patch I made to provide an option in the search environment settings page to prevent the terms from being displayed in the title of the results page. I made this primarily because I have a lot of "Yes/No" checkboxes and when users select "Yes" to multiple facets I usually end up with an ugly title like: "Title: Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes"

This is for the latest 5.x stable release, but the changes are so minor that I'm sure they can be ported over to the 6.x release with little effort.
