WebFM doesn't display these characters, is it an ANSI or UTF-8 issue, and will it be possible to show such file names correctly?

Dear Anders Östberg,
I think we fixed this in the current dev release. See here: #806614: "file X path not found" when adding file to node (file name contains Russian characters)

Thank you for reporting this and making webfm better.

wogga, can you check this for me:
Once you upload a file where the characters are shown correctly: Can you check its actual name on the file system?

Thank you.
