At the moment whatever theme I'm in, and whatever popups theme I'm using, when a popup gets called, it brings the garland theme CSS into the current page. That means that the page behind the popup suddenly looks very odd indeed, as garland's css statements clash with my own.

Would it be possible for Popups' CSS to become more independent? I would be happy to help out theme writing if it would help speed this process.

During the process of developing my theme, this behavior ceased. Which means I must have been doing something wrong, but I'm not sure what it was.
