I'm not associated with my project in CVS - Who do I ask for help?

A month or so back, I started creating a project page for my 'relationship' module. I apparently made it with no problems, although it never showed up on 'My Projects' and I haven't been able to find it again.

In the meantime it was taking ages to get CVS sorted out. Now I do have CVS putting my module files into contributions/modules/relationship I tried to remake the project.

Relationship - Node linking and Metadata

Well, after filling out the big form with lots of detail, it seems that:

This project name is already in use. 
The specified CVS directory conflicts with that of an existing project. 

Both of which errors are technically true. (but where is that lost project? I simply can't find where it would be listed)

So someone that knows what they are doing probably needs to tweak a table row somewhere to match them up together again for me.

Can I get some admin help here?

(The contact form told me that technical support for drupal.org was supposed to go in the forum here. A bit odd for this particular type of request, but whatever works)
