I have a bunch of multisite installs using zen starterkit. One install however was made from the zen main files. That install uses some innerfade.js. For some reason, THAT template.php is being read by my other zen starterkit installs. When I hide that overriding install, I get a bunch of errors that refrence the theme_render_template() and call_user_func_array() functions in that overriding folder.
Can I anyone point out what I need to do to rectify this? I feel a bit ridiculous that I have somehow bungled this.
