Is it possible to allow a user to enter php code in creating content? I realize that this has some security draw backs, but having this functionality is very useful to me. Also on that note, is it possible to only have admins capable of doing this?

That's what the PHP filter module is for.

what find of security does this offer? is it for all users, or just admins?
