Organic Groups Block 'Create Forum topic' is invalid

in og_og_create_links the link to the create page is created like

node/add/forum?gids[]=13

which does not include the $tid of the forum. This leads to an error when saving the item.

Perhaps we could override that link in our og_forum_link_alter hook?
