This release contains the conversion to Panels 3 / CTools. In addition to the normal requirements in the README, you need:

Author Pane latest dev
Content profile latest dev + the changes in #430220: improve Panels 3 relationship
Make sure you clear your cache after installing it.
There is no supported upgrade path from Alpha 2!
This should be the last of the major changes. At this point, I need to add in the user list view and do some general clean up. There was also a mysterious issue (#461566: Help test the handler) that could still re-appear. I still don't recommend it for production use, but we're far enough that you can play with it in dev if you have a site that won't be live for a while.
