Multiple Requests/Bugs

1) Exactly how do you fix the line 246 error?
2) Is there a way to have an email auto sent out upon invite request?
3) Is there a way to add extra fields to the request form? (ie. Name)
4) A way to show a new user has requested on page load (ie. the word new in red next to there name until refreshed again)
