How does one get ApacheSolr index OpenCalais vocabularies? I have installed everything, and ApacheSolr indexes the Drupal taxonomies and some Dublin Core vocabularies created, but not OpenCalais.

Has anyone got the two to work together? If so, what is the recipe?

The OpenCalais vocabularies are simply part of the Drupal taxonomy, are you sure those terms are not getting added into your index?

As you can see, Calais entities become facets, so the integration is already in place, you'll just need to enable the proper facets.
