There should be a 4.3 branch. I believe this may be trivial since some working version should exist already. I have confirmed that this module works with HEAD.

Everything seems to work well and I didn't have to chnage much at all. Patch file is in for_review as 0192.drumm.taxonomy_dhtml-head-to-4.3-branch.patch
